Aftercoolers / Heat Exchangers

Purpose-built for Kaeser blowers, these aftercoolers ensure consistent process air temperatures and enable heat recovery. Choose from air-cooled (ACA series) or water-cooled (WRN series) units to suit your temperature and site conditions.

  • Designed to minimise flow and pressure loss for efficient energy transfer
  • Protects temperature-sensitive materials (e.g. food, feed, plastics)
  • Offers energy recovery for facility heating or sludge drying
  • Available in air-cooled (ACA) and water-cooled (WRN) variants
  • Optimised to meet specific pressure and temperature requirements

ACA (Air-cooled)

  • Cooling from 150 °C to 10 °C above ambient
  • Max airflow: 30 Nm³/min
  • Max pressure: 1 bar(g)

WRN (Water-cooled)

  • Cooling from 160 °C to <30 °C
  • Max airflow: 150 Nm³/min
  • Max pressure: 1 bar(g)
